### Architecture styles

Homes range from architectural-modern to traditional Texas Hill Country. No two homes are alike given the custom-build nature of the community.

### Lot sizes & views

Homesites are generous by Austin standards and vary considerably across the community, from garden-scale lots near the club to multi-acre canyon parcels along the perimeter. Views fall into four broad categories: golf course frontage, protected canyon, pond, and open Hill Country. Because the community is capped at a low home count, tree cover and native terrain between properties were preserved rather than cleared.
